By using the service, you agree to these terms. The current service is a pre-launch software project; operator and governing-law details will be completed before commercial service or payment collection begins.

What the service provides

AI Mark Remover provides deterministic text processing, text-signal inspection, and supported file processing. Features and supported formats may change.

Authorized use

• Only submit content you own or are authorized to modify.
• Comply with applicable law, contracts, platform rules, and model-provider terms.
• Review the output before publishing, distributing, or relying on it.
• Do not use the service to misrepresent authorship, provenance, authenticity, or ownership where doing so is prohibited or deceptive.

Prohibited use

• Removing copyright, ownership, safety, or provenance marks from content you are not authorized to modify.
• Fraud, impersonation, academic misconduct, evasion of legal disclosure duties, or deceptive publication.
• Security testing without authorization, abuse of rate limits, automated disruption, malware, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to obtain guarantees that content will bypass a private detector or moderation system.

No guarantee of removal

Results are best-effort. Statistical watermarks, unknown formats, short passages, edited text, and complex image marks may remain detectable or may not be processed correctly. A clean result does not prove human authorship or absence of AI involvement.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant the operator only the temporary permission necessary to process the content and return a result. The service does not claim ownership of submitted text, files, or images.

Third-party products

Provider names are used descriptively. AI Mark Remover is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by the model providers named on the site. Their terms and policies continue to apply to your use of their products.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. We may introduce limits or paid plans after publishing applicable pricing and additional terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, fitness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation to the maximum extent permitted by law. The operator is not responsible for decisions, claims, losses, or penalties arising from misuse or reliance on an output.

Questions may be submitted through the Contact page. The operator's legal identity, jurisdiction, and governing-law clause must be completed before commercial launch; they must not be inferred from the working brand name alone.
